ACCOUNT DELETION
Your data belongs to you. Deleting it takes two taps.
Open Devotion and go to your Account screen from the profile icon, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Your account and everything tied to it: your profile, prayer journal, chat history with the Guide, saved verses, reading progress, and any church memberships. This cannot be undone.
If you have a Devotion Pro subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in Google Play (Menu, Payments and subscriptions) or the App Store (Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions) before or after deleting your account.
Email support@holydevotion.app from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
You don't have to delete your whole account. Inside the app you can delete individual journal entries and chat conversations at any time, and leaving a church removes you from that congregation without touching your personal data.
